Pengaruh Implementasi Total Quality Management terhadap Organization Permormance : Sebuah Literatur Review
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa pengaruh implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) terhadap Organization Performance melalui literatur review dengan menggunakan pencarian literatur dibeberapa sumber internet antar lain mendeley, google scholar, scopus, Science Direct dan ACM Digital Library. Data yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 50 dan diperoleh 10 studi yang tersedia (full text) yang dipublikasikan mulai dari tahun 2018-2023. Hasil dari telaah literatur menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organization Performance.
